Plan for 2 to 4 qualified owner conversations per month. The exact number depends on how narrow your criteria are, but every introduction is with an owner who has been contacted, pre-qualified, and has agreed to speak with you.

The Concierge fee covers the dedicated sourcing team, outbound calling, owner qualification, scheduling, and ongoing check-ins to refine your criteria. The fee is deducted from your success fee if a Concierge-sourced deal closes, so you're not paying twice.

A Hold lets you lock in exclusivity on a business for 7 days while you decide whether to move forward. It signals to the owner that you're serious and gives you time to review the details without competing buyers jumping in. Concierge members can place up to 3 Holds per month.

Your sourcing team has standing check-ins to review what's working and what's not. If the introductions aren't landing, they'll adjust the outreach criteria, expand the geography, or shift the industry focus. The goal is to iterate until the pipeline matches what you're actually looking for.

Yes, Concierge has a 3-month minimum. After that, you can continue month-to-month or step down to a Standard or Basic plan. The minimum exists because sourcing takes time to ramp, and the best results come after the team has calibrated to your preferences.
